Web โ€” and on the phone, without installing

Everything works right here: dictionary, verbs, translator, coach, the cards. On a phone it is also the fastest way to start โ€” open it in the browser and, if you want it as an icon, Share โ†’ Add to Home Screen. It then opens full-screen, without the address bar, and looks like the app.

On a computer it installs too: Chrome and Edge show an install icon in the address bar, or use their menu โ†’ Install PapaGaio; Safari on macOS has File โ†’ Add to Dock. It then runs in its own window, out of the browser tabs, and keeps its place in the Dock.

The one thing the browser cannot do is work with no signal โ€” the installed apps keep your deck and its audio on the device, the web version asks the server each time.
