Madeira Ativa — Privacy Policy

Madeira Ativa is a free app that shows sport and cultural events, levada trails and heritage on the island of Madeira. We designed it to work without accounts and without collecting personal data.

Data we collect

None that leaves your device. The app does not ask for a name, email, phone number or login. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party trackers.

Data stored on your device

• Your favorites, reminders and theme/language preference are saved locally on your device only.
• Event data is cached locally so the app works offline.

This information never leaves your phone and is removed when you uninstall the app.

Network

The app downloads public event, news and trail data from azenha.ai/ativa. These are simple file requests and include no personal information. Map tiles are served by OpenStreetMap. Opening an event, trail or news link launches your browser and is subject to that site's own policy.

Notifications

If you enable a reminder, the app schedules a local notification on your device for the day before the event. No reminder data is sent to any server.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page.

Dados recolhidos: nenhum. A app não pede conta, email nem início de sessão, e não usa analítica, publicidade ou rastreadores.

Dados no dispositivo: favoritos, lembretes e preferências de tema/idioma são guardados apenas no seu dispositivo; os dados de eventos são guardados em cache para funcionar offline. Nada sai do telemóvel e tudo é removido ao desinstalar.

Rede: a app descarrega dados públicos de azenha.ai/ativa (sem informação pessoal); os mapas são da OpenStreetMap.

Notificações: os lembretes são locais, na véspera do evento; nada é enviado para servidores.
