Where does the data come from?
The app shows the same public end-of-day dataset as this website. Quotes are not real-time: figures update once per trading day.

My watchlist or portfolio disappeared.
Both live only on your device — the app has no accounts and no cloud sync. Deleting or reinstalling the app clears them; there is no way to restore them from our side, because we never had them.

The app shows old data or empty screens.
The first launch needs an internet connection; afterwards the app works from its local cache. If a screen looks stale, check the connection and pull to refresh, or reopen the app.

Can I trade from the app?
No. AlfaCat is a read-only viewer for information and education. It places no orders and connects to no broker.
